Released in 2007 on the danish record label
Rump Recordings. It features six tracks
including a remix woven by the Japanese jazz electronica artist
Sora. The EP is composed mainly using acoustic instruments with
the piano as the focus point. The arrangements are inspired by
modal jazz with open chords and a loose laid-back feeling mixed
with digital glitches and subtle noise scapes. Where the A-side
focuses on open landscapes told by rubato piano and double
bass the B-side is more plastic with flexible drum programming
influenced by film scores, break-beat and uptempo IDM, still keeping the focus
on acoustic instruments. The EP is limited to 300 vinyl
copies.
"The Interfoliere EP has restored my faith in the use of acoustic
instruments with electronics... It's a lovely ep - the perfect blend of
experimental and soothing." - Antony Ryan (Isan)

| Released in 2005 on the Århus based label Electraros.
The EP consists of six tracks including a remix of Badun (Rump Recordings).
The EP is a blend of Vektormusik's early approach to minimalistic ambient, dub and nu-jazz.
It marked the beginning of Vektormusik's musical style in the studio and on stage which is carried
on today, eventhough the mixture in style is less focused.
The EP is limited to 300 vinyl copies mainly sold at concerts. |
